Loans available through ACT! are used for gap financing. There will be a mixture of public and private funds. Applicants are encouraged to maximize the amount of private financing before coming to ACT! A group of professionals

EDA Revolving Loan Fund

  • Funds can be used to purchase Fixed Assets, Real Estate, and Working Capital.
  • Loans in the amount of $25,000 - $100,000.
  • Private Lender Investment required.
  • Loan Terms - Maximum of 10 years for Fixed Assets, Maximum of 5 years for Working Capital - Maximum 15 year terms for Real Estate.
  • Loans at  2 to 3 points above prime.
  • Business Plan & Collateral Required.

SBA Micro-Loan Program

  • Loans up to $35,000
  • Working Capital, Inventory, furniture, fixtures & Equipment Loans.
  • Loans Terms - Maximum 6 years
  • Business must meet credit requirements and SBA size standards.
  • Business Plan & Collateral Required.

ACCION

  • Loans ranging from $500 - $25,000.
  • The term of the loans is from 1 - 60 months.
  • Installment loans, Balloon loans, Credit Builder loans, and Revolving lines of credit.
  • Business Plan & Collateral Required.

Community Express Loan - Borrego Springs Bank

"Funds can be used for start-ups costs, expansion, equipment purchases, working capital, inventory, real estate acquisitions."

  • Loans from $5,000 - $50,000.
  • Loans are credit based.
  • Business plan required.
  • Fast turn-around time.

EC Contractor’s Working Capital Loan

  • Loans up to $10,000
  • Term: Life of contract or twelve (12) months
  • Security: Assignment on the contract (2-party)
  • Corporate/Personal Guarantee
  • Other assets if available (case-by-case basis)

Georgia Green Loan

  • Loans up to $50,000
  • Interest rates ranging from 4%-8% (determined by source of funds).
  • Terms: Repayment period will be determined on a case-by-case basis not to exceed ten (10) years.
  • Borrower is also reponsible for closing costs and normal filing fees.
  • Business Plan and Collateral/Security Required.
